Centre Hospitalier Départemental de Borgou-Alibori (Borgou and Alibori Departmental University Hospital Center, CHUD-B/A) is a government owned hospital located in the Arzèkè-Universté international market section on the far east of the city of Parakou, Republic of Benin. CHUD-B/A is under the supervision of the Ministry of Health and is positioned as a second reference care structure for first-contact health training. It serves an estimated population of 1,779,002 inhabitants. The facility caters for referred cases from the 14 municipalities of the two departments with about 300 beds as at 2014. It offers general medical services, pediatrics, radiology (including CT scans), obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, hemodialysis and public health servicres. The hospital has 8 dialysis generators, a haemodiafiltration machine and a water treatment and distribution unit.
