The Health Sector Rehabilitation Support Project (PARSS) has provided the Mbandaka Health Zone with a Reference General Hospital with a capacity of ninety beds. The medical structure was inaugurated by the Governor of Ecuador's province, Jean-Claude Baende, in the Air Congo district of Mbandaka (Ecuador). National coordinator of the PARSS project, assured that the general reference hospital in Mbandaka will be well equipped and has, for the moment, quality essential medicines for the care of patients.
