Kasina Health CentreFacility

Kasina Health Centre is a mission health facility in Malawi managed by the Medical Missionaries of Mary (MMM) sisters, an international Missionary Congregation of women religious working for holistic healing and true human development focusing on mother and child. The clinic employs 43 people including eight nurses – 3 male and 5 female. Serving a population of 33,060, the clinic has 50–75 maternity admissions per month with a ward of 19 postnatal beds, but no delivery table. Unlike many clinics, Kasina has government-supplied electricity, supplemented by solar power. There is no resident doctor at the clinic.
