Machame Hospital, commonly known as Nkwarungo Hospital, is a faith-based, district-level, teaching hospital that provides specialized surgical, medical and diagnostic healthcare services to the people living in Hai District (Kilimanjaro Region). The hospital has 230 beds and more than 10 doctors. It is owned by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tanzania (ELCT).
