Centre Hospitalier et Universitaire de la Mère et de l'Enfant du Lagon de Cotonou (CHU-MEL) is a Beninese reference hospital specializing in maternal and child health. The hospital was formerly known as Hôpital de l'enfant et de la mère lagune or Mother and Child Hospital (HOMEL) but was renamed in 2014 to Cotonou Lagoon Mother and Child Hospital and University Centre (CHU-mel).
