The President of the Republic inaugurated the hospital in the health zone bringing together the municipalities of Djidja, Abomey and Agbangnizoun on Sunday, October 26, 2014. Built on an area of about 6,300 square meters, the infrastructure includes 35 buildings composed of technical rooms, laboratories, residential buildings and annexes. The Djidja-Abomey-Agbangnizoun health zone hospital goes beyond the usual standards of zone hospitals. It includes all units that include a departmental or even regional hospital, namely emergencies, pediatrics, surgery, maternity, a blood bank and a pharmacy. The Djidja-Abomey-Agbangnizoun zone hospital has high-performance equipment, a highly equipped technical platform that can allow medical interventions in several areas.
