Description

Wau Teaching Hospital is one of only two functioning teaching hospitals in South Sudan and is the referral center for a large number of primary health care centers in the region. The Wau Teaching Hospital has a capacity of 400 beds. The ICRC provided 60 beds for weapon wounded and emergency surgical patients.
