RFM is a 350-bed regional referral and teaching hospital situated in Manzini, the hub of Swaziland. It occupies approximately 7,000 square meters in clinical buildings and 2,300 square meters in support buildings. It was founded in 1926 by the Church of the Nazarene as an emergency intervention for health problems that were encountered at the time. It has expanded over the years, and now serves as a referral hospital for the Manzini region and further serves as a teaching hospital for the Nazarene College of Nursing (NCN) and other tertiary health training institutions.
