Gyneco Hospital - Obstetric and Pediatrics of Douala (HGOPED) is the result of the Sino-Cameroonian cooperation created in 2014 according to Presidential Decree N 2014/023 of January 23, 2014. It is located in Yassa in the Douala 3rd district, it is a first-class public hospital dedicated specifically to maternal and child health. It provides quality care and contributes to the professional training and development of staff. This reference hospital is located in the coastal region of Cameroon, including a Covid-19 care unit, installed in the emergency department, and supported by a well-equipped imaging department.
