Go Vap District Hospital was established on February 23, 2007 according to Decision No. 30/2007/QD-UBND dated February 23, 2007 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, and officially operated independently. since January 2008. - Go Vap District General Hospital is one of the public non-business units under the People's Committee of Go Vap District; under the direct and comprehensive direction and management of Go Vap District People's Committee; and at the same time subject to the guidance, inspection and examination of expertise by the Department of Health and specialized centers. - Go Vap District General Hospital has legal status and own seal; was assigned the right of autonomy and self-responsibility by the District People's Committee and was allowed to open an account at the State Treasury in accordance with the law according to Decision No. 4468/QD-UBND of the District dated December 15 2018 of the Go Vap District People's Committee on promulgating the Regulation on organization and operation of Go Vap District Hospital.
