Tudun Wada Primary Healthcare Center is a public health facility situated in Gombe, Gombe State, Nigeria. With a capacity of 27 beds, it offers primary care and public health services including antenatal care (ANC), immunization, HIV/AIDS services, management of communicable and non-communicable diseases, directly observed treatment fot tuberculosis, family planning, child survival, accidents and emergency, nutrition, health education, community mobilization as well as maternal and newborn care.
