On June 28, 2010, it was opened by a non-profit organization in the presence of the Association of Islamic Development (AID) located in Banale, Pagadian City. The operation did not fully work out as planned. Then the organization gained the attention of Dr. Brando Khalif S. Jally, and asked him to be the director. but there seems to be a misunderstanding about the concept of the said hospital between Dr. Jally and the AID management, the operation did not work in a harmonious way. The Board of Trustees of the AID decided that the institution be sold to Dr. Brando Khalif S. Jally. After all the meetings and deliberations, Dr. Jally accepted the offer and they came up with all internal and personal agreements regarding the payments and other matters.
