MVGCCGH is a local government-funded hospital offering health services mostly to the people of Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija, and to some extent to the neighboring municipalities. (MVGFCI) is a private educational institution in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. It was founded by Filipino educator and diplomat Dr. Manuel Viola Gallego in 1960 as the Central Luzon School of Nursing (CLSN) and later the Central Luzon Educational Center (CLEC).
