32,000 war veterans live in the Chernivtsi region. The hospital, in accordance with the hospital's charter and orders of the Department of Health, provides medical care to war veterans of the region, as well as liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, rehabilitated persons, former disabled servicemen, retired judges, "children of war", and since the 2014 year - also to participants of the anti-terrorist operation in the east of Ukraine.
