The municipal medical institution "City Children's Clinical Hospital" with 210 beds is based on the state-communal property of the Chernivtsi City Council. The hospital is the clinical base of the departments of the Bukovyna State Medical University, where students, interns, doctors, graduate students, and clinical residents are trained. The hospital is integrated into the system of providing medical care to children of Chernivtsi and the region and fulfills all planned and financial indicators of work according to the approved criteria of models of final results. The hospital has six clinical departments:1) a surgical unit with 60 beds; 2) pediatric No. 1 with 30 beds; 3) pediatric No. 2 with 30 beds; 4) nephrology with 30 beds; 5) neurological with 30 beds; 6) gastroenterology for 30 beds The hospital has a developed diagnostic infrastructure: a radiology department with two x-ray rooms, three ultrasound rooms, clinical and biochemical laboratories, endoscopy rooms, and functional diagnostics rooms. Sufficient diagnostic equipment. Specialists are trained in leading clinics in Ukraine, Austria, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and the United States of America. More than 270 children are treated annually in the department of anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care with 6 beds. Treatment is carried out using modern technologies.
