The medical part is represented by inpatient and outpatient units. 125 beds were deployed in 5 inpatient departments (3 phthisiology, pulmonary surgery, differential diagnostic pulmonology center). The tuberculosis department has 15 beds for patients suffering from mental illness and tuberculosis at the same time, and there are palliative patients with TB on 20 beds. The bacteriological laboratory performs microbiological diagnosis of tuberculosis and provides organizational and methodological guidance to the network of laboratories of treatment and prevention facilities that provide microbiological diagnosis of tuberculosis. The bacteriological laboratory is equipped with the necessary equipment and apparatus.
