Rangpur Community Medical College Hospital (Doctor's Community Hospital private Ltd) is the conversion of a dream of Dr. Md. Mofizuddin Sarker to provide the highest standard of medical education and establishment a model hospital for the poor & deprived rural people of North Bengal. In the year 1975 Dr. Md. Mofizuddin Sarker constructed a private Clinic in Rangpur named Nazimuddin Poly Clinic, which was the first of its type in North Bengal.
