The Iranian Hospital was built in 1970 on land donated by His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum to the Iranian Red Crescent Society. The hospital was opened to the public on April 14, 1972, and is the first healthcare provider in Jumeirah region and the oldest in Dubai. It is a non-profit organization.
