The CMA Saint Camille de Nanoro was created on January 13, 1982, with the opening of a CSPS made up of a maternity hospital and a dispensary for the care of the brothers of the Holy Family. The confessional (Catholic) communion between the brothers of the Holy Family and the Camillian order facilitated the relay in the hands of the latter. From then on, the Camillians whose main mission is the accompaniment and the service of the sick ensured the continuation. Thus in 1991, they transformed the CSPS into a medical center (CM). Subsequently, precisely on January 12, 2002, the CM was set up as a CMA.
