The Pasteur Clinic was created in 1974 by Doctor Frédéric A FARAH, an obstetrician-gynecologist by profession. It is one of the first high-level private clinics in Senegal and was located on Avenue Pasteur not far from the National Assembly, until 1982, the year during which it was transferred to 50 rue Carnot.
