Buka General Hospital (also called Sohano General Hospital) is a government owned hospital situated in Buka Bougainville, Papua New Guinea. It is the provincial hospital and main referral centre for Bougainville, offering over 10 different clinical services including out-patient services, accident and emergency care, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, anesthesia, dental care, psychiatry and blood transfusion services. The hospital also features a family support centre as well as diagnostic services such as medical imaging (including CT scan) and a laboratory.
