Works to provide safe drinking water, medical care, and education to the most vulnerable in West Africa.

Overview

Life-Changing Surgeries
Surgeries are expensive, we need equipment and doctors. With your help, we can continue to bring life-changing surgeries to those in Côte d'Ivoire.
Each year we take two trips to Côte d'Ivoire. During our trip, we provide many medical surgeries as well as general care. We also use this time to educate the people of West Africa on hygiene and what to do in case of an injury so as to not further cause infections.

The cost of this trip includes breakfast and dinner every day (due to the nature of this project, each person is responsible for providing their own lunches -- we suggest bringing snacks like crackers, candy bars, peanut butter crackers, beef jerky, etc.), flights, travel insurance, all transportation, all lodging, vaccinations required for Africa, new passport or renewal, and your visa for the Ivory Coast (Côte d'Ivoire).

We have one house available for some of the women. Some people will still have to sleep in tents. Couples will be given the option to sleep in a tent with their spouse. If you have a keen desire to sleep in a house, please inform Miracle immediately ([email protected]). The lodging arrangements will be made before you arrive. There are NO beds. Everyone will be sleeping on the floor either on an air mattress or cot. There is no furniture in the houses. We will have chairs to sit on and tables to eat from. Consider this project like a camping trip but in Africa!
The average cost of the trip to Côte d'Ivoire is $3,950. Cost may increase depending on airfare rates.
