Conducts medical mission trips to Tamil Nadu, India and Sri Lanka. Members volunteer their skills and time for free medical camps, surgical missions, and community health education. Partners with hospitals and NGOs in Tamil Nadu and Sri Lanka for sustained healthcare delivery. American Tamil Medical Association (ATMA) is a US 501(c)(3) (founded 2005) connecting Tamil physicians and healthcare professionals across the US — 800+ physicians and allied healthcare professional members.
