International Health Operations Patient Education and Empowerment (IHOPEE) is a collective vision of North Americans and Kenyans -immigrant community outreach, support women, youth empowerment educational scholarships, the smart needy students, we spread health education, and mental awareness. Create leadership skills among youth who become our ambassadors and volunteers. Offer mentorship program virtual and on the ground.
