The Orphans, Elderly, Disabled and Development Organization Cambodia (OEDDO Cambodia) was formed in 2003 by Leng San and her niece Vanna San with the desire to help support some of the many children they saw living alone in the area. They began by opening the Center (orphanage), but quickly expanded their mission as more needs became apparent. Projects included building a school, hosting English classes for community members, and providing transportation to medical appointments for HIV+ individuals.
